Making The Best Sauages 14 September

Join Robert Cruise, our head butcher, to find out what goes into our sausages. Starting from the carcass in the butchery, Robert will demonstrate the cuts of meat we use for sausages. Working through a number of recipes, you will see how we mix the sausage meat and string the sausages. Practice stringing some sausages and you can take them home. Protective clothing will be provided for use within the butchery. Full information here
