Lamb mince makes a fantastic alternative to beef mince, it is lovely and flavoursome and is very versatile type of meat. It can be used in a spaghetti bolognese, a lasagne or even to make a delicious lamb and mint burger.
We only use top quality lamb for our lamb mince, which results in top quality flavour. It's great value for money and is incredibly versatile. Like the pork mince it is a very underrated cut of meat, it does however add a great, flavoursome addition to any meal.
To cook the minced lamb, heat the pot, then add the mince with finely chopped onion, garlic, onion salt, stock and mixed herbs. Cook until the mince is thoroughly browned and enjoy!
