Small Lamb Gigot Boned (approx. 750g)

Lamb gigot is a delicious cut of meat, full of delicious flavour. The gigot is the leg of the lamb, which results in the meat always being very tender. As this particular cut has been boned there is slightly more meat then with the bone in, as well as a fantastic, delicious taste.
Sear the gigot in a heated pan with a little bit of oil Once it has browned all opver pop it into a preheated over at 200 degrees. Cook for approximately 40 minutes for every 500g. Cover the gigot with kitchen foil for the first half of cooking, then remove for the second half of the cooking time. Once it has cooked through leave to rest for 20 minutes. Then serve with your favourite vegetables and bottle of wine and enjoy!
