Whitmuir pork sausages are the best sausages your ever likely to have. We are incredibly proud of these sausages as they contain 86% pork, and then only the necessary quantities of breadcrumbs and seasoning. with this particular type we add a fresh leek to add to the mouthwatering flavours already created.

To enjoy some of our lovely pork sausages simply follow these guidelines. Please do however remember that they are guidelines and so before consuming ensure that they are cooked through thoroughly.
Heat your pan, but with no oil as the sausages will absorb which may alter the taste. Once your pan is warm enough simply add your sausages, you may have to pierce them slightly during the cooking process, but once they are firm, remove them from the heat, ensure they are cooked through and enjoy! Perfect to accompany mashed potato.
