Our pork is a delicious, and one of the best ways in which you can sample our pork is to try our gigot steaks. They take little time to cook, but there are a very versatile in terms of the number of recipes they can be adapted to. Not only that but they taste absolutely wonderful.
The pork gigot steaks are taken from the leg of the pig, which insures that the meat is tender and full of mouthwatering flavour. Our pork is award winning pork, it won the 'Highly Commended' category in the UK Food Awards, a title is justly deserves. To cook some basic, and simply delicious pork gigot steak, simply follow these basic instruction. Please remember that cooking times may vary depending on the size of the steaks.
Put a pan on a medium heat, add a little bit of salt to the pan and once it had warmed up sufficiently add your pork gigot steak. Cook for approximately 6 minutes, until the meat is cooked all over and there is no pink inside. Then leave to stand for about 5 minutes, add any sauce, or vegetables of your choice and enjoy!
