To enjoy some of our lovely pork sausages simply follow these guidelines. Please do however remember that they are guidelines and so before consuming ensure that they are cooked through thoroughly.
Heat the pan, with no oil as the sausages will absorb which may alter the taste. Simply put them onto the heated pan, cook until firm and enjoy! Perfect to accompany mashed potato.
