Heat your oven at 200 degrees, put some oil into your pan and heat in the oven. Sear and season your roast, then add to the pan. Cook at 180 degrees for 45 minutes for every 500g. Once cooked leave to rest for 15 minutes.
Pork roasts should be cooked right through so there is no pink in the middle. To ensure that the pork is thoroughly cooked pierce the roast and if cooked the juice should run clear
