Vegetables

Despite the farm being on a north facing slope at the height of Arthur's Seat, we do attempt to grow about 30 different vegetables here, as well as strawberries and other soft fruit. What we can't grow here we buy in - firstly from neighbouring organic farms in East Lothian and Fife and then, working with Organic North, we source fruit and vegetable from the rest of the UK then Europe. Some things, like bananas and ginger come from further away, but we try to be sensible when sourcing and we declare where everything comes from so you can make a choice.
