All 100% organic, apart from venison, which is wild and sustainably managed.  Everything prepared right here.

The menu is different at Whitmuir every day because our chefs have to ask our farm butcher and our gardener for the best produce they have and then they create your lunch. It may be lamb shanks or beef shin stew or pork belly or mutton casserole or perfect steak, or leek and potato gratin or vibrant vegetables stir-fry.

We use vegetables grown on the farm in our restaurant.  We have a lovely wood burning stove to keep you cosy in the restaurant.

Whitmuir's Private Event Service and Children's parties

More and more of you are booking the restaurant for your own private evening event. So far we have had birthday parties and family meals. We can also do the catering for your party for you - just contact us to find out more.
