Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Roast the pork on a pan with a little oil, then deglaze with a white wine of your choice. Cover with kitchen foil 45 minutes for every 500g at 200 degree in the oven. Uncover at the end of the cooking and cook for further 15 minutes to crisp the skin.
